This is a Texan who went from Valadictorian of his high school, through a Catholic seminary, into a mental institution. He asks the TV audiance, "How does someone do that?" So no matter how poorly you feel some days, just remember there's some 'John Bradshaw' thats worse off than you. And he got healthy and became a successful therapist. How did he do it? He'll tell ya' that it was hard work and good therapy! See, you can do it! You're already doing it!
