Mystic, i will say an extra prayer for you tonite along with all these great souls i have had the oppurtunity to connect with here.
that suggestion about listening to music with headphones sounds like a great idea! Just make sure to pick something soothing, hey maybe u should check out those cds they sell now where you can hear the ocean! those are pretty cool, you can even hear the seagulls in them! lol.anyway sleep well and i hope your day goes well.
