One of the major symptoms of depression is loss of libido, so it begs the question of whether an 'antidepressant' should be a drug that effectively kills it in a major percentage of individuals.
Of course, there are as many kinds of depression as there are antidepressants, so these terms start to seem meaningless after a while....
