I can't compete with these, but one time when I was about 13 I was at church when the elastic on my slip gave out. I just stepped out of it and picked it up and handed it to my mom. She found it very amusing. It wouldn't have been terribly embarrassing now, but I was 13, and it was church, and my skirt was somewhat transparent.
I feel like I'm blocking something more embarrassing. If it comes to me I'll let you know.
