Hello Jai. Believe it or not, I'm actually looking forward to the day when I get hot flashes. I'm ALWAYS cold, and in this weather, I really can't thaw out. Yesterday was one of the worst. It was so bad that I didn't go out at all today. I felt almost sick last night. I just couldn't stop shivering. It's supposed to get warmer tomorrow, and then it's going to be very cold again later in the week.
