I have been lying in bed all morning panicked that I haven't been to a doctor all year, and too afraid to make an appointment--thinking of every possible disorder and disease I probably have by now. I have been having some symptoms that are really starting to worry me.

Maybe it would relieve some of that obsessing, I know how debilitating it can be. Today I woke up to my punk neighbor hacking his brains out as usual, but this morning I was convinced it meant that *I* was going to die. Like it was a sign that I'm not paying enough attention to my health.

Be good to yourself - your neighbor hacking is definitely not a sign about you. A year is not a long time to not have been to the doc. Just set up an appt for a regular physical and you will feel better after you set the appt. I think it's part of our disorder right? Our wacky brains but hey I hear depressed people are very intelligent.
Sending hugs back.
Would you believe we have sooooo much snow!!!!
