* My boyfriend paid my therapy bill today in full (I love him :)
*Told my dr I quit taking antianxiety and antipsychotics and he didn't yell at me
*Sick, but able to catch up on sleep
*Got my dog from the kennel today
*I've lost another 10 lbs in a month (I'm at my goal weight!)
*Only 2 weeks left in the semester
*I saw my sister, who I haven't seen since the summer
*My niece remembered me and loves me bestest!!!
*I was completely honest with my therapist today, even though I sounded bad
*I didn't gorge myself on food at Thanksgiving, just alcohol :(
