The thing I love about my pdoc is that he doesn't get all worked up over anything. He stays calm. I had to tell him about my self-mutilation and I was terrified. I thought he was going to freak out and lock me up in the ward. BUT, he was really calm and considerate of my feelings. He reassured me that he was going to help me quit (which I have!). He is also a good listener and informs me about new medical treatments and is wonderful about scheduling appointments around my busy schedule. He is such a kind and caring person.
