I'm breaking my self-imposed ban on posting for this one. :-)
AdvancePCS offers a free card, no monthly charges, and they say they can save you an average of 20% on prescription drugs.

I've got tons more information if you live in Maryland. Also, each pharmaceutical drug company runs free drug programs but they usually have income limitations. If you want more information on that, lemme know.
