need advice...

i am real down and feel like i am falling apart..
i havent slept in days..
cant shut off my brain..
i know i should ask at the meds board but i trust all of you here..
would it be okay to take some old medication(seroquel)for a few nights?
i feel like an idiot because i cant get it together..
any help would be so important to me...
