Dinah, It makes it so nice to come to a place where people do understand what others are going through. Most of my friends don't know-either because I don't tell them or they don't know what to do, or they just don't want to be around a "downer" even though that is never my intention. My family doesn't know what to do either and I don't expect them too. I feel so bad that I can't be more successful or healthier so my family would be proud of me-it just kills me to know that I'm not anymore. I have a lot of good insight, I just wish I had the motivation to get up and finally change my life and get to where I want to be.
