Just to let you know, I was stuck in a job where morals or ethics weren't evident in anything they did. I was miserable. I was scared to leave because, if nothing else, their business was booming. I did send out my resume. I am now working at a place where ethics and respect are top priority. It was worth the anxiety. Take the plunge.
