True. You don't want to have to have a nervous breakdown to get what you need--then it becomes a matter of whether it's worth the trouble.
But sometimes it seems things don't get done until you amp up the volume. I guess it all depends on our mood (and med combos) and the lottery pick of the person on the other end. Somehow between 4 and 4:50 you were able to do what you needed to do--and now you never have to do it again.
