Yes, it is great. Like exercise, I just don't feel "right"
somehow, if I don't have that spiritual time (and that can mean
just having a day by myself and being quiet). Nature is very important...I
need to get out and hike at least once a week. I also
resonate very strongly with zen meditation. I feel really good
when I'm meditating regularly (which I haven't been), but I'm slowly
getting back into it. Yesterday I meditated for 20 minutes....marvelled
at my monkey brain, jumping all over the place, chattering, chattering
chattering...and was soothed by the occasional moments of silence and just
being in the present moment.


I know your name is french, but does it have a meaning?
