It sounds to me like you need some fun:
Get an ice cream cone
Blow bubbles
Swing on swings (the big metal sets in the park with the long chains)
See if you can get a pebble to skip on the water
Sit on the floor and play solitaire
Skip around the house
Play Jacks
Find a sprinkler in the neighborhood and run through it
Draw a scribble on a piece of paper and make it into a picture (crayons are best - they smell good)
Go to the library and read picture books for an hourThese things are easier if you can find someone to do them with you, but all of them work if you are alone. I'm going away for the weekend, but next week if you want, you can choose one and you do it there and I'll do it here and then we can talk about it.
The hardest part is getting started - it gets easier from then on.
