i'm still awake, despite valium's best efforts...and seroquel and beer (3, big deal). i did actually experience a brief respite of calm earlier tonight. i have one every once in a while since starting the seroquel. it's amazing. i never knew what it was like, not in all my life, to feel calm. i begin to suspect what it feels like to be a child...but one who hasn't been all screwed up yet. also, i try not to post when i'm feeling too irritable, cryptic, or destructive. all my ugliness tends to be directed inwards. i must needs be mind the shrapnel, though; so i try not to get too close to others when i might come across in a negative manner. good sunday morning to all. -bina
