Brio, I'm confused

I hate to talk about this on board, but I'm not quite sure what's going on. I'm getting emails from you, but my replies are being returned to me. So if you're upset that I'm not responding, it's not for lack of trying on my part. I just can't get through. If it's not intentional, could you check your email settings? If it is intentional, I'm at a loss as to how to proceed.
Again, I'm sorry to post this, but I have no other way to communicate with you.
Now, Brio, sweetie. I don't want to see you get in trouble by posting while you're blocked, so could you please email any response to me?
