Ugh, no wonder your improvement is delayed. That's a lot to deal with at once. And to have to go to work while feeling so bad!

Whenever you can, take time to do things for yourself. Pamper yourself outrageously and don't feel guilty about it. Whatever it takes to get you through this stormy season so that you can start feeling better again.
