Hi Nikki..
I'm awaiting some kind of therapy (london)..
but accepted that things won't get betterfor me
I've stopped fighting/analyzing and given in .
I'll just pop the meds..I don't know what well is but I do know my days are not the norm compared with others
I really hope things get sorted out for you .We've been posting here a long time..
