Because in my outside life I don't connect to many people anymore I feel as you do, jyl.
In my younger years (especially in my 20s and very early 30s I got maliciously hurt by a lot of gossip. 95% of it was untrue. The 5% that was true is that I can be a real dingbat, I'll admit it.
Tony, I loved you poem, too. I'm going to tape it into my "great quotes" scrapbook.
