Alara it does sound like a dream job if you love psych and music and want to help people. Regarding employment prospects, I found a wealth of info on the U.S. Labor Dept website, they did reports on all professions, the outlook for future hiring, training required, salary, etc. It was called Occupational Outlook reports. I wonder if Australia has anything similar? Good luck
