Exactly Tab. I'm glad that loser stopped by..he owes me money. Don't ever loan Phil money. I mean it.
He was asking for money at an intersection yesterday, wearing a sandwich sign that said-AND the shirt off my back!
He saw a cop giving him a parking ticket and ran(stay away from visuals)to his top of the line Porsche, started yelling at the cop, took off the sign and was jumping up and down waving his arms. The cop said he had one question and the broke man Phil said what? The cop asked, where do you keep your change?
Anyway, tell him I'm gonna slam that sign flat on him.: )
