Well, I am trying to learn to be a bit of a tech. geek, but that's an ongoing process. As for the good job and lots of moneys, sadly I am living with Mom and Aurora. Lucky mom is as cool as mentioned above, I am an only child so will be fairly well provided for .

Currently I am on disability (ssi/ssd) after a breakdown as a social worker and basically destroying that field for me and another in grad school while trying to learn another career. Another alternative is to work for my cousin (a millionaire attorney in TX of all places)

If anyone read a post of mine yesterday about being a non-biological father yet, at least I know I am a great Mr. Mom, if I can ever trick someone to fall in love with me again other than the “”Fatal Attraction”” type I usually meet.

Oh well, so much for that specific "geek” theory. As for this geek (want to be writer/poet, remotely normal person) Even doc, now considers my ideas of my own business (maybe a bike store or computer repair) a better alternative then "traditional" work as I am fairly agoraphobic and socially inept (after a life of being the most gregarious, confident—not conceited, though) person you could ever meet.

Maybe loser (perhaps I can get away with eccentric) would have been a better adjective. I never knew geeks were considered socially/financially successful.
