I still get those triggers too s but it's alot easier to direct my thoughts away from them now. I haven't had any of my anger outbursts since starting the effexor and I'm a hitter. When I get angry, I put my fist through walls and I haven't been angry so my walls are very thankful.
I understand the boxcutter but....the duct tape? How do you self injure with that?
