I've tried seroquel but it made me really manic. Didn't like it at all. Topamax didn't calm me down. I didn't notice it doing anything actually. The doc thought it would help with the anxiety but that was a big nope! Depakote helped the most but I gained so much weight on it. It was depressing which wasn't what I was looking for. Seemed redundant.
I agree with you about knowing who you are though. If I just had some idea of who I was, I think I'd be ok too. It's being lost for so long and watching time go by that makes me the most crazy.
