I have a quadriplegic friend who says he has sleepgasms all the time.
He laughed hystericaly when I told him of a male patient I provided care for in nursing school that was in a deep coma and could have a sponteous erection, complete orgasm with the finished product on his bed sheets.
This friends comment was some reference to..a verbal kick in the jewels.. LOLBy the way, he made me one of his baby girls,
