I thought that the alert level was orange, not red. As if it matters I guess.
I don't believe that duct tape and plastic sheeting are going to do anyone any good, unless you're painting or something.
It may help the economy of hardware stores. Concern about bioterror, nuclear terror, terror here in the US sure keeps one's mind off the real terror that is about to be
inflicted upon millions of people in Iraq and the Middle East in general.
