Hmm, you may need to impersonate a doctor and hang out at medical conventions. The pharmreps will flock around you. They're the ones with the pens and goodies.
Or... try a heart-rending letter to the drug companies. I once got a free giant box of Jujyfruits that way. (candy company, not drug company, but same principal).
