I'm sure you've seen them, they're just hard for me to describe. They're known as file jackets or file pockets (see description below). The link to office max may or may not work, but I got there by going to office max, clicking on 'file folders and accessories' and then 'file jackets and pockets.' They have expandable files, but that wasn't what I was thinking of (expandable files are great big honkin' things).
