Ditto what folks have already said. One aspect of this forum that is really nice is you can post as little or as much as you want.

It's also a great place to ask for and get ideas, opinions, suggestions (without having to DO anything anybody says), because there is so much knowledge here on psych issues, and a whole host of other things, too. (Plus, on a more selfish note, you become someone we can talk to!)

I'm glad you posted and joined in after being here so long.
