Thanks very much Tina. Watched the show (with my wife) and it made me depressed. So many people with similar stories. And not too many successes. A bit scary to hear that the more depressed episodes you have had and the longer you were depressed before treatment the more likely you are to relapse again. I must be on my hundredth or so relapse . . .
But I did appreciate the heads up on the show as the more you know about your enemy, the more you can do to help yourself.
