Well you probably don't need hugs. Sounds like you need a cleaning person to come by.
For aches and pains - do you have anything to take that helps?
Then can you sort the stuff, so that all dirty dishes are in the kitchen, all dirty laundry in another place, the soda cans in a bag for recycling/deposit return, and so forth?
