I'm doing okay. No major tummy upsets lately. Haven't been taking acid-meds because I go for an endo-scope thingamajig soon so I didn't want to heal whatever's wrong before they do the scopey thing. They don't do upper-Gi's much anymore the doc said since they don't get reliable info from it. But several ER trips definately warrant a scopey thing to be done. I have a few percocets that they sent me home with, but even after 2 shots of morphine in the ER (in April) I still had the pain. It's upper pain - right under my sternum and in the middle. They've already taken out my gall-bladder so don't know what else it is - perhaps ulcers? I don't have the acid reflux thing (meaning it doesn't come up in my mouth - sorry guys). Don't know, they are as confused as I am so far.
Gramma doesn't take my kids when *I* need her to, it's when SHE feels like it. As if I don't have a hard enough time asking ANYONE for help already, she just makes it harder. I could call her crying saying I was going to tie the kids up outside (I've actually told her that, but guess she knows I'd never DO it) and she still wouldn't come help me. She only lives 6 miles away from me. Oh well, no use whining about it - but thanks for asking me. I had forgotten about the little people. That would be good... we could have a little hospital gown on one of them that was left open in the back. So attractive, huh?
I'm sorry you suffer with tummy troubles. It's no fun.
