I can feel it coming on already, in just little ways. There's already newspaper articles on all the tv coverage that's coming for 9/11. Larry King Live had Lisa Beamer on tonight. And CBS had a special on how a town is coping. Bookstores have books out.
I don't live in NY, or know anyone personally that suffered through or died on 9-11. But I f-e-e-l it and looking back, I went through a slump (now recognized as mild depression) that I couldn't seem to get out of, which lasted until around April when I started on Effexor XR.
I feel so much better since April, but I can feel myself slipping now. I worry about it getting worse as we all get closer to to 9/11.
How is everyone else here coping? and preparing?
Just ignore it? Accept it? Deal with it? And, how?
I've been told I have have a strong sense of empathy with others and strong sense of "needing" to right unjustices.
I haven't seen any posts here about 9/11 yet, but I feel like we probably all need some support group like this to help us.
At least I do.
