Dear Tabitha,
I'm so sorry that you have recently experienced the feeling of not being yourself with your therapist being away on vacation, and doubts about whether you fit within site guidelines anymore. It's no wonder you are feeling this way; I'd certainly feel the same way under those circumstances. I wonder though, if you have discussed with your pdoc/therapist the possibility of never going on vacation again? I once tried chaining mine to her chair and it really helped me a lot. Please keep us posted on how things turn out.
