I don't think valium is a "regular' thing for S.I> its just that its my anxiety/terror that drives me to to it, and the valium is light enough to calm the anxiety for now, but its really dicey, because most tranquilizers end up making me more depressed which makes me more anxious. Generally "uppers" calm me down, coffee makes me really sleepy, dexedrine just makes me feel normal. Thats why I'm sticking with the one psychopharmacologist who understands this, actually who knows it.
I've had other Pdocs, and G.Ps tell me that what I'm feeling is "impossible" I've even been accused of "powertripping" with psychiatric nurses and doctors.
Yup that would be me sobbing, tearing my hair out (literally, in anxiety) doing this in the closet of my ward room so I wouldn't disturb anyone, being discovered then being punished because I was "powertripping" huh? Oh just another psychward horror story most of us have one or two I'm sure.I have a bunch of questions I want to ask you about why you are phasing out your medication...
do you have somebody monitering you, or are you doing this on your own?
How sever was your Mania? (tell me to mind my own business if I'm being to forward)
