Yes, although housing costs are atrocious and access to social services is restricted. There are ghettos that Money magazine seems to have overlooked --
and, due to the high education rate of everyone, lots of jobs here require a master's degree (to get hired) that elsewhere requires a bachelor's.
But, living near the lakes and among the midwest intelligentsia is fun. . .
