Mas despacio, por favor! Slowly, slowly. You are panicky, and need to not give yourself over to that. All your pain and fear and depression and sorrow have built up to almost overwhelm you. You have to figure out a way to get through this day, and one more day.I know you've had a horrible time and crappy pdocs, and the wrong meds, but at the moment, you gotta hold on. You've done it before, and you can do it again. Keep posting, write anything you want, and hold on.
I'm saying this out of concern for you, not as a correction or to get in your face. I guess I'm scared you will lose hope, and I don't want you to! Keep writing.
