Awful isn't it.. when we went on holiday I made sure I packed enough to last the hwole time away in my luggage, and also the same in my hand luggage incase I lost either!!
How do you control your carpul tunnel.. I have it in boith wrists, butmy right is much worse and really getting me down with the pain etc at the moment.. I;m on the waiting list for the op for that and an op on the tendons in my right forrearm, but the doc says they only do this op under local aneasthetic and I have a very severe phobia of locals...
Wondered if theres anything non-surgical I haven't tried yet that might help!Ta,
