To me, kissing, the deep passionate kind, is an extremely intimate act, more so than a lot of other ways we express our love and affection. Maybe this is hard for you to express at this time with your desire so low. I don't really have much advice to offer other than to encourage you to continue working with your doctor on this and keep communication open with your boyfriend. I wish you the best.
