Therapy today did NOT kill me (gasp!)

For those wondering,
Was as hard as I thought it would be. Ground did NOT open up and swallow me whole (wish it had though....)
Progress was made but I'm beat. Emotional toll massive....not all good....not all bad
Totally detached at the moment....spacey
Acupuncture was restful....slept for hour during.
