I'm anything but shy but I am a HSP. I really need to be alone a lot of the time. Being too much around people or too much sensory stimulation & I feel very frazzled & cranky. I'm very socable but not overly social.
Hi Iso,My pdoc recommended that book for me to read a long time ago (I never did). I have been told by many people over a long time that I "could talk to dead people" if I had to. I get social anxiety and panic when I am in a large group of strangers and have to *sit still* and *listen*. However, when I am one-on-one with people I feel stimulated and have little anxiety at all.
