I need meds

I need meds. I tookk myself off myu prescription a monthor so ago and im soo not dogn good. I feel like Im going crazy. Thig is that IM moving in 10- days 2000 mils away so I need to find something before then ... how do i do thaT? I dont' have a pdoc out here, and i dont know if Ica wait till im home. Suggestions?@##??
