I know exactly what you mean! I have had the longest spell of depression I've ever had over the winter, and the other day when the sun came out I was like " oh how wonderful life is!" It is a nightmare! I dissapear into my cave again when it becomes cold or wet. I think it just goes with my cycles, but definitely has a huge impact on my mood. I know it's not terribly healthy, but a visit to the sunbeds does me a world of good when I am low.
