Ideally, you need a doctor to explain to you why you dont need it anymore- maybe the GP? You are asking a question anyone would ask in your situation. You need (and deserve) a factual reason why you needed the warfarin before and dont need it now.
I havent read all the other posts, but would say that its important to take care, and work with your doctor(s) if possible. There are other things which 'thin blood', like aspirin, but if there was still a reason why you needed a blood thinner, then your doctor would be prescribing you one.
Also, most drugs (and many herbal drugs and even some vitamins at high doses), can have side effects and interactions with other medicines. So its much easier not to get into adding things if possible, and if you do, let your doctor know (including herbal medicines) to reduce the risk of interactions.
But basically, it all comes back to finding out why its OK not to have the warfarin now. Its great news that they dont think you need it anymore, but they need to share their reasoning with you.
Good luck.
