I agree, Carolans might actually be better than Baileys. Also like you said, much cheaper.
Last time I bought Cask & Cream, made with brandy instead of bourbon, it's similar but too sweet, I think. Usually I drink black coffee with a little Irish Cream on the side but this stuff I had to pour right into the coffee. Why am I still talking, I don't know.
