Timothy Hutton - living.
Jim Hutton (his father) - dead.
Oooh! I loved/love them both. I can't defend my reasons, except there's something sweet, boyish, & yet sexy to them both. I was crushed when Jim Hutton died. He wasn't that well known but stared in the fantastic Ellery Queen TV series. Timothy, his son, looks so much like him & has his same innocent charm but not quite as naive. I'm a sucker for anything he stars in.
I absolutely hate mushy, romance stories but I watched "Made In Heaven" (1987 movie) on TV one night with Timothy Hutton in it & sat crying. My (at that time, 19 year old) cynical son watched it with me & said it was so heartfelt - it did something to us both. What a sop I sound like! There - my silly sentimental side is hanging out exposed to all. I still get all soppy thinking about that show - me, the tough, practical, no-romance Judy.
