I love your name, by the way.
That Julien is a lucky child, and I hope you are proud to have been the major influence on the person he will grow up to be.It's not a tolal loss, but it is a loss, and I'd be more worried about you if you weren't grieving it right now. Grief and self-pity aren't the same things, I know you know that, but I just thought I'd remind you anyway. The new solitude can be seen as an opportunity to reconnect w/ your unused parts, and I hope you'll take time now to do some of the fun things for yourself you had to put aside while you were caring for your grandchild.
And of course share your days w/us.
