Hi Bekka--
I believe that you're referring to the 5 part series "Secret Life of the Brain"; the episode on the adult brain is on NOVA tonight (2/5) in the US. NOVA is a well-established, well-funded series which produces high-quality programming--and this is one of their "big deals". The link below will take you to the site. The menu bar at the top has some neat features, and "shop" at the bottom will let you purchase the set or individual episodes online. There's also a companion book.

I don't know whether Blockbuster stocks PBS features, but your public library might. Many public library systems, especially in metropolitan areas, have their catalogs online 24/7 now; or you could call, of course.
