Why am I soooooo loooopey today?

I dunno but my legs feel restless. I'm tired, yet edgy. I don't want to work. I'm feeling like I do not want to work. I feel like I want to tell the boyfriend to piss off! I feel like I want to be as free as a bird. I feel like I want to go to the rooftops and scream. I have no attention span. I'm not really giddy, I'm just feeling goofey. I could also go home now and sleeeeeeeep forrrevvverrrr.
What is with me today?
Daily Cocktail: Celexa 40mg, Wellbutrin SR 200mg.
dx: major depressive disorder, dysthymia, sexual OCD, possible bipolar yet the doc has not been convinced of it.
